Price target - <$700 Capable of running BF3, CS:GO and D3 like butter oozing out of a butter boat. Don't worry about fancy glowing towers or peripherals, just the machine. Also how the eff do I not lose all my shit like fuck why can't I just unplug the HD and plug it into a new machine =( I do have a serious Xternal tho 1terrabye so it's not the biggest deal I just hate reinstalling shit. Aside: I Have illegal copies of a bajillion programs, if I got to Windows7 or 64 bit, will any of that shit still work? If not I gotta stick with my cracked XP and 32 bit. Thank you sweety. |

Windows 7 pro with its XP comparability mode should be able to run those programs (emphasis on the should). When you say "don't worry about fancy towers" does that mean you just want a plain one? or just don't need one at all cause you're using your old case. Also, do you need a monitor? | ||

cpu: -[link]- $220 mobo: -[link]- $130 cooler: -[link]- $25 ram: -[link]- $36 (depending on OS can be WAY upgraded) psu: -[link]- $95 optics: -[link]- $19 (optional if you already have a somewhat decent drive) graphics card: -[link]- X2 $156 each (a lot of options hear depending on you chosen brands, i've always had good luck with sapphire so i linked this) total around $800 if you want it's easily possible to skimp a bit in some areas (my i3 OC'd rules ass at gaming but that i5 has much more lasting potential, also this build is assuming you can use your keep your same case and hard drive since you dont want to transfer any of your shit over however if you would like a new case you can pick up some pretty badass cases for around $50 easy) if you want to replace the hard drive and go through transferring everything you can pick up a 1TB hdd for around $45 the case though i would recommend is: -[link]- $36 cheap and efficient as far as air goes, i've built 2 for other people with a budget and both have worked pleasently and i mean really $36 is insane cheap for a good case with the case that puts you at ~$836 again if you want you could easily replace the dual vid card setup with 1 pretty decent vid card which potentially cut the vid card cost down to around $180 but that setup is going to rape most games so if you're willing to throw in the extra cash it will be worth it in lasting power kloveyou |
