 Gonna be fun. If John, an employer, has trouble getting employees, he or she has to attract employees. Those employees have a decent salary with John, but those employees notice that John's competitor has a job opening that can fit in these employee's schedules. So they have two jobs, (1) working for John and (2) for John's his competitor. but john has a good reason to believe his employees will leave him. As an employer, should John ban or restrict future employees from being able to leave freely to a competitor? Which would you do? I would think that if you should ban or restrict employees with a contract or a government regulation, then you can admit to yourself that you are greedy. Is that not so? Interesting, isn't it? I like exploring judgements, personalities, attitudes, and emotions. |

Slick I like you man, I really do bro BUT THE THING IS SLICK, theres so many things wrong with your premise. I just want to understand what you are trying to say 1) First, You title the thread what political party this guy belongs to, then tell us a situation filled with ifs and maybes, and create a completely different question to answer. 2) You say john is the employer, then you refer to the employer as he or she.... considering Johns only come in one sex, this almost made me think you were describing two different people 3) You say "those employees" right after claiming John has trouble getting employees. So I assume you mean "John has recently lost alot of employees and has trouble attracting new ones. the employees that he does have...etc etc" Now clearing some mis-notions about our legal system you might have... 4) theres no legal contract a person can sign that completely gives away what an employee can do outside of work. This contract leaves out a basic requirement to form a contract, consideration for the employees. 5)There IS an act called employment at will. basically meaning that an employer can easily fire you if he fears you might delve valuable information to a competitor, or if you tie your shoelaces loop-de-loop rather than with bunny ears (he just can't tell you that). I wouldn't call doing something like that greed, but not being an idiot. I don't see why John, an employer struggling to hire employees, would further upset the employees he does have by threatening or banning there actions. ^ what political party would this person belong to? I don't even know what this guy does or thinks or might do... I or an employer can't ban or restrict anything with a government regulation, the government does. I felt like at first his point was to make you think he could belong to any party....but as I read on, I came to a realization that maybe English isn't slick's primary language, or he types at a 2nd grade level. | ||

The thing is, i am a substitute teacher for one town, and then I want to be a substitute teacher for another town. question is: Which political party would restrict a person from being able to be a substitute teacher in two or more towns. | ||
