Ok, well if we're going to have a a min. of 12 votes when dealing with nominations, terminations, or anything else of that nature we would need a list of our current roster. This should also assist in clearing up the confusion that has been arising currently. I don't recall ever seeing a previous provision that mentioned a certain time period of inactivity meaning you were ever out of FTC. Under the old system, every so often someone would notice someone like FT Kalibur or FT Caine hasn't played/posted in about 15 months and would make a termination proposal. Considering this rule has never been changed (to the best of my knowledge) this implies that each person that has gone through the process should still be members, including (to the best of my knowledge): 3StripeNinja 5DollarHollar Aborted Fetus Alcosatz, I suppose this was a resignation and while we didn't vote you did have us remove all clan member privileges so we may have to re-nominate, re-vote, etc etc, which we already are in the process of doing. Under the old rules this would include a min. of posts, hours, nominations etc.....but then if no ones part of the clan then who would nominate anyone...and this completely demolishes the 12 vote min. for awhile.... ALSO I recall the main reason behind the previous Hibernation of FT. I remember a few years back many admins and members such as Noskill, glitch, Kill time, myself, etc had to take a leave of absence for a little while which meant alot of newer members were given server/admin privileges. After about a month or so I recall 6 - 10 threads about admin abuse and several informal complaints from other regulars. This really really hurt is in the past and just wanted to make sure we remember the impact of a failure to regulate properly will have. I remember most of the names of those given before, some here and some not |

I'm all for solving this in a professional manner, so how about this: clear off a large majority of that roster and make room for newer members like Vectorman. Most of that list I guar-an-fucking-tee we will never see again. I doubt any of us have contact with them. So can we make a mass termination thread? Can we get rid of people that haven't been around in forever like Vega or Jigg4? |

I hope Sla comes back... I miss that kid...I wonder what he sounds like now, Im guessing a mixture between Rick Ross and Chip Tha Ripper. Also Admin abuse within FT ? I would never expect that, shits crazy  .

We already have a thread like this here. Everyone needs to sit tight. The new constitution is still up for discussion and as far as im concerned, no new regular will be able to get the minimum requirements for membership of any system before the new one is set in stone. We do not need a mass termination thread. This clan was close to dying and many people left. If they havent come back in the time frame Knight specified, don't expect to see them at all. We are practically starting from scratch (sort of...we are keeping the foundation in tact). Instead of amending things over and over and making dozens of proposals, an open discussion and a complete overhaul would be much easier and faster....hence the new Constitution thread.
