Not to be all technical and shit... but it does not have to be looked at as racist. Like Morgan Freeman said when he answered the question of how to stop racism...he responded, "Stop talking about it." The picture shows Obama, the president of the United States, being hung. Not racist at all. If it said something racist then yea. This is the problem with racism...why does everyone have to automatically point to it as if something is racist? I have said the same thing about every shitty white politician who fucks this country up. They should all be hung for treason.
