Anyone here rooting their Android? What phone do you have and what ROM are you running? Running SimplexROM by EmericanX: -[link]- Got a Razr (standard) 16GB. Nice ROM, zero bloatware, no Blur at all. Pure vanilla Android 4.0.4 pretty much. Can't wait until someone comes out with a JB ROM for Razr, Project Butter is orgasmic. |

I am still rocking my Original Droid Incredible. Running Jellybean Beta3 by Albinoman -[link]- ROM is sweet. It is a little sluggish at some points but pretty fluid. My only pet peeve is the keyboard input is not as quick and my vanilla gingerbread ROM. The camera is buggy unless i use one from the market. I really cant complain though since im running fucking Android 4.1.1 on this old son of a bitch lol. Also running Beats Audio. EDIT: Oh and i suggest you look into Amon-Ra Recovery. Just got a galaxy s3. I haven't ROMed yet, but I'm planning on putting CM10 on there when I get to it. Seriously, fuck Verizon for making you pay for wifi hotspot mode. What the fuck do you think I pay $30 a month for in data? I probably wouldn't be so quick to root these things if they just had the common decency to wine and dine me before they just turned me over and fucked me. |

You can use Fox-Fi for now, it's free on the app market and you don't have to root. Every ROM I have installed so far has came with a built-in hotspot manager though, so no worries. You need to get yourself a Vanilla ROM quick, Touchwiz really sucks. |
