Stocks are an implementation of humanity made to fund the most in-demand and globally backed products on an exponential scale. Bitcoins are a spin-off of that made solely for the purpose of furthering computer processor technologies. You will have to stay on top of the bitcoin economy by buying the latest processors almost constantly to make any sizeable profit. They are a currency funnel into the processor companies who are banking on the hopes that you will buy their most profitable processors so they can use those funds to build more powerful processors to get you to buy them and so on. Bitcoins are essential for breaking through the technology barriers placed on computers by giving them their own currency. If you don't know anything about stocks don't do bitcoins. It is my belief that a man who invests his money in something he doesn't believe in is a liar. Liars also happen to get the most $$$. I hate computers, so I invest in the best golf company during the summer and the best ski company during the winter. |

Long story short: I do not think bitcoins will become a legalized, legitimate currency. All monetary gains to have been made have been made already. with approximately 5% of all minable bitcoins left and the popularity it has reached, mining is right now a waste of time. Also, It will NOT become a real currency, atleast in our lifetimes if ever. too much R & d must be done on a long term basis, as well as money and time. On paper, Bitcoins would be the best currency ever to exist. but this is but a pipdream. |
