Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.
Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

The drake equation is some formula that some guy named drake came up with. The equation calculates the number of intelligent civilizations in our galaxy (the milky way) by percent. Yes, this means aliens. Here is the formula: Intelligent Civilizations (% of the whole) = (rate of star formation in our galaxy) x (fraction of those stars that have planets) x (average planets per star that can support life) x (fraction of planets above that develop life) x (fraction of planets above that have INTELLIGENCE) x (fraction of the societies that want to and can communicate) x (the lifetime expectancy of the civilization) Yes, complicated it is. Broken down though its simple. Filling in some estimated values for these (not by me, but by world renouned astro physicists) Answer = 0.0000008 Relevance: Our milky way = 100 000 light years across (if you pointed a laser from one end to the other, it would take LIGHT-- 186000 miles per second, 100 000 years to reach the other side of the galaxy) at approximately 300 Billion stars. 300 000 000 000 stars x (.0000008) = 240,000 intelligent civilizations in our galaxy. Of the quarter million predicted intelligent civilizations, how the fuck far away can they be? |

the reason we never see them is because we were put here by them. as an experiment to see how long it takes us to destroy a planet. we're just a virus. that will one day consume everything the earth has to provide.

That equation was made not to be solved, you can fill in any variable with a number that is logical and it will still make sense...to a certain point

Agreed. This formula allows for such a wide range of variables its almost unusable. For example, HOW THE FUCK are we supposed to know the AVERAGE CIVILIZATION LENGTH? we dont even know our own! |
