Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

This thread is for people to experiment with their muscles reactions... and to let others know what muscles do when you do shit to them... 1. The most obvious muscle reaction (reflex) is when you hit below your knee cap when it is relaxed and dangling, you will kick upwards. 2. Another reaction i've noticed is that if you take a finger, and lightly tap just behind your cheek and in front of your ear, your eye twitches... (it also helps to be moving downward while you tap in front of your ear) 3. Most people, I'm sure know this one: when you squeeze your arm on the vein-y side, and you relax your fingers, they will close. Any more that you guys know of? |

when you flex your muscles as hard as possible for about a minute, you can actually build them up because you are microscopically ripping muscle fiber.

does anyone, when you make a muscle for a while, or you just work out, then you make a muscle, but bring your forearm very close to your bicep, and the muscle doesn't let go? it sort of gets stuck? also: sometimes when i rub my erect penis for too long, my muscles relax and my milk gland shoots out white fluid... my friends told me it's good to drink. "Smoke the dope, makes your bunghole quiver" - Old inside joke, but there may be some truth to it. I do know that if you mosh for awhile, or do some crazy dancing at rock shows that your muscles become quite numb, maybe building? Adrenaline rocks.

I do martial arts, and we learn all sorts of pressure points and muscle reaction techniques. A few that arnt directly muscular, but still interesting include the bone at the base of your throat, just trace a finger down from your adams apple, till you get to the hollowed out part, and push down hard on the bone, drops people to their knees easily. Another one is the nerve line running along your jaw, you can sometimes get wierd sensations by firmly rubbing your thumb nail along your jaw line. If you guys want some pressure points and such just ask, I know a bunch : ) Kevin...of course it does, your arm doesnt know if your lifting something or just flexing really hard, it just knows your working it.

Yeah, Omega. I learned a bunch of pressure points and such in the police academy during ground fighting and grappling classes. The martial arts pressure points absolutely rule. It's cool when you practice one on your friends when they aren't expecting it.

Muscles are actually really interesting in terms of their physiology. Read into it one time. Skeletal muscle is pretty damned impressive in terms of how elastic it is, and how much force it can exert, while cardiac and to some extent smooth muscle fibers are impressive due to their endurance, especially cardiac muscle.
