Yes guys i am finally fuckin back... Honestly i have to say that this issue had its pro's and con's. Two pro's would be that not having a PC at all for 4 days has caused me to go back to the gym. WOOT!. I am addicted to the gym only after 4 days, so sexy body here i come =P. Another pro would be my Graphics and FPS have increased amazingly. I bought a PCIe Geforce 7600GT 256mb GDDR3. price sucked which was $139. Turns out that the sale was "UP" to 80%.... Figures.. Barely anything was on sale or cheaper. But now i have an AGP system and i bought a PCIe card. This is because i somehow in that place found an ASUS MB that uses my 478pin 3.2P4, my DDR400 Duel Channel RAM, and has enough PCI slots for my Sound Card and additional fans. Not to mention an AGP Slot and a PCI Expressx16 slot as well. So i said fuck it... ill buy a PCIe card. WELL WORTH IT. My average FPS on even higher settings then my old card is now 20fps higher rofl. AWSOME! And color quality on everything is fuckin amazing. So much better then my other one. Unfortunetly, when i installed my MB, it needed a 24pin Power Connector, when my Case's stock PS only had a 20pin. So i went to COMPUSA and bought an Antec 500w PS with a 24pin connector. And everything worked prefectly. THE ONLY CON was that this all cost me over $300... and i am now officially flat broke. yay! That PS was something i didnt expect let alone something i could barely afford. Wonderful.. Anywayz, good to be back, and ill c ya in the tank. they sell 20 to 24-pin adapters for 5 bucks, but then i guess you wouldn't have a spiffy new PSU! i have the same vid card as you, prolly different vendor but it's good stuff. |

well, yer gonna have to go to a computer store that sells hardware like adapters. i didn't see one on compusa's site, best buy, circuit city. so probably a local store or something. here is one on tigerdirect for 3.99: -[link]- |
