I hope you read this and understand it has not only to do with the game but also about how to succeed in life.

1. Don't do anything while you're upset.
Everyone reading this can tell that you were upset when you wrote this reply. You don't use any sentence structure and your ideas seem to jump all over the place. This is a characteristic sign of someone who is upset. Listen, being upset is a really bad thing until you learn to channel the energy and use it appropriately. Once you learn to use those feelings correctly, they will not come off as upset emotions but you being passoniate about whatever the issue at hand is. Being passoniate is a very valuable tool to have in your personal arsenal but there is a correct time, place, and way to portray that passion. You can't just walk into a business room, be passionate about a subject, get told that it's not the right way for the company to go at this time, and then tell off your boss and all the shareholders in the room. You'd be on your ass outside the building without a job very quickly. You don't have to agree with their decisions. Make your point, thank them for their time, and let them know you'll support them in whatever way you can.

2. The temper tantrum.
I don't know how old you are and it doesn't matter. You came off in this post as throwing a temper tantrum towards all the FT members that didn't vote you in. None of them said they didn't like you as a person. I read the posts. All of them said they either didn't know you well enough or they felt that you didn't contribute enough to the clan to support voting you in. Read some of the other posts talking about how some of the people in the clan feel there is too many members who don't contribute and there is too many new members just getting voted in without earning their way in. This is a transitional time for this clan internally as they are getting everything squared away for themselves to make things better for everyone. Realize this and understand it's not just about you.

3. This is a social clan.
With that said, this is not a skill based clan. Granted, a lot of the people in this clan are really good but I have heard over and over again from the FT members that it is about your personality far more than it is about your skill. Think about that for a second. Your end goal is that you want to get into FT. You don't get in the first time to the clan so you post about how everyone here is missing out by not letting you in because you feel you contributed. That is not a great way to go about winning over people who are comprised of some members that have no idea who you are.
Here's the deal and pay very close attention to what I'm about to write. If you don't get something you want on the first try, work harder for it. I will type this again. IF YOU DON'T GET SOMETHING YOU WANT ON THE FIRST TRY, WORK HARDER FOR IT. I want to emphasize this point. If people in the clan don't know you, then make the effort to get to know them. If people said you aren't active enough in the forums, then get active in the forums and don't just write LOL or LMAO in every single post. Contribute something to the site and to the posts. Offer up your opinion on a thread or start your own thread that you feel is important. Most of all, working harder for what you want means being patient. It is not just going to happen overnight. Nothing in life ever does. I hope that you learn this before the real world hits or it's going to be a rude awakening.
To put this in a military sense. You can't win every battle in a war but you can damn well fight to make sure you win the war. This means using some strategy and not engaging in a battle that you can't win if it doesn't benefit you.

4. Maturity
Everyone here is human and we all make mistakes. However, the difference between those who succeed and those who don't is that those who succeed learn from their mistakes. That means not making the same mistake twice. This equates back to growing up and not just saying you are mature now but showing people through your actions. Actions speak louder than words and talk is cheap.
