emerican, its not just that people are mad that we are adding a clan/server, it's that no one agreed on it yet, no proposal, etc. until now. I think that DA would be a great addition to the servers and I doubt it will take away much slots from FTC and FTS (FTD2 is kinda dead already, though). <3 Thanks kremit for coming out maturly (like you always do ;D) with this issue and I hope that we won't get much drama from this (like we've had before). | ||

i think pocky rim means that if you're complaining like for example: "OMG ADMIN, BAN [name] NOW, HE'S SUCH A NOOB CAMPER!!" other than "Hey admin, could you please tell this guy to stop mic spamming?" | ||

What it means is that we arent stuck to a very limited set of admin rules to be interpreted. The head admins of the server will make judgements based on individual cases, and although there arent any rules, if you are acting immature (stated in the advert texts on the server) that admins can take whatever action necessary to keep the server a fun place to play in. The server is not going to be a place for opression, rather freedom. With the original DA, we had less admin abuse, less controvery and less drama within the server because it was simple, if someone is acting childish (admin included) they suffer the consequences. I want this to be a place where we dont have to maticulously hold up a set of rules, because I want to focus more on playing the game rather than someone on the server complaining about maps, kicking, banning, all of it is up to the user. It worked out very well last time, only to be cut from my budget. In reguards to other servers population, all of our excess hits are redirected to the least popular FT server, so it wont be stealing, it will be building players. |

As I've been saying all along... it'll run like normal servers, without admins slamming orders down your throat every few seconds. Kremit's a good guy. he'll guarantee it. | ||

i honestly think the whole issue started because of the 'do whatever the hell you want' thing. i like the idea of that old DA server you were talking about. play that. and kremit, i don't know if i'm in anyplace to tell you this or anything. but yah thnx for being extremely mature about it =] if anything. i'd do it for you =] Edited Tue Mar 20 2007, 11:48PM |

Wild/Jigg/Night... in response to gooses comments, why are you guys not happy that you don't have to pay for d2 anymore (if you choose not to continue keeping it up) because DA will be paid for by Rim now? | ||
