Ok This is not a post of me bitching and everything so i just want to get that across right now. This post is also just you the ft clan members that are voting towards me to either be or not be in the ft clan. This post is so that you all know i am NOT eagar to be in the clan. I think it would be sweet but i wont lose sleep over not being in it. I know that i am just new on the forums and i only been here for like a week and am nominated but i dont see how that is held against someone anyway. Now for the main reason i made this post. I was reading the proposal post where your voting and saw that some have said that i make 1 line posts. Yes it is very very true. So you might say whys that matter to me someone said that? Well thats whats holding a vote as no against me and i was wondering why anyone thinks you need to have paragraphs of spam for each pot you make? i mean i mainly posted in videos and such and ou cant say much unless you want me to write a book on what the whole video was about but then that would defeat the purpose of them posting the video to watch. The final reason for this post is that bubble goose said i asked him to nominate me. This is not true at all. First thing that i said to bubble was if he seen Twitch today because i needed to talk to twitch and then i said how that i might be getting nominated and that somehow must have sounded like i was asking hi mto but i can promise anyone that i did not ask to have bubbles nominate me. Now after reading all this you might think wow he must really be eagar to win all you over. That also is not true i just want to make sure that you guys are voting and not voting for the wrong reasons. such as saying i change my vote from yes to no cuz he asked for nomination. which i didnt. I hope you all understand what i mean by this because really i would wait a year to become ft if thats what it had to be cuz im here to play a game i really like and im going to play no matter if i get to put [FT] in front of my name or not. The whole thing with posting, is just as glitch said - FT is a community. In the FT community, its not just about hours, or skill (Heck, look at kever, one of the consistent top players and is always on, and she isn't in FT [sorry kever didn't mean to pick on you <3]). It's about community involvement. Show what you're like on the forums, make a contribution to the community, and share your views on interesting topics, stuff that you do outside of playing the game. I'll do an analogy for you. Let's say you want a job. In the application you're going through it, most applications now-a-days include a personality test. Stores do not hire based on how someone looks (most of the time), but they hire based on how they do on the personality test, as well as performance on interviews. When in-game, only a small bit of your personality reveals itself, on the forums, its easier for your personality to come out through your posts, and views. |

Mr  i completely understand that and understood before you posted. I mean i think its great that they are concerned about having the members a part of the community. What I was pointing out was that the ones that said yeah and changed to no because someone said that i asked to be nominated and i never did say that to bubble. Then the other is when the reason one says no is because not the fact that iv been here only a week but that my posts are one line. Does that ean that if i have 30 posts and there all like 2 paragraphs its ok then? if so this really isnt such a great setup because that is not what i community is. It is your input.but im not going to get into that because that could start an arguement and thats not the purpose of this post.I just made it tao make sure they understand that im not eagar so they dont need to say i am an also dont need to try to put words in my mouth. I guess i could ask Why would i ask bubbles to nominate me when i already knew Twitch wanted to? |

very nicely written. Covered your ass on all grounds, very mature. In my previous voting post i had said i have nothing against you, and i still dont. I also respect the fact that your trying to clear some shit up before it even starts. I liek you mikey B, and i have nothing against you in FT, not saying you need to write books in the forums, just hang around the forums a lil longer like maby another week. Hell, i didnt get nominated until i had 90 posts, well written i have no life posts. But i didnt care because i just enojoy hangin out of the forums. Just hang around more, thats it, everyone likes you so dont get the wrong picture, just chill on the forums a lil more, post on ppl gay picture on their profiles, post int he comment box, start a few threads of your own and bingo. 2007-04-17 22:41:56 on FTC..."bubble i need recommended for ft Interpret that as you will. If you made posts longer than 1 line and in active threads prior to being nominated, I'm sure a few people might have voted differently.

bubble i see how it looks like that but that i was talking about what Twitchy and I was talking about and everything so yeah i guess it was kinda iffy how it was stated but i did not mean it as in i wanted you to nominate me because i already new that Twitch wanted to. Sorry for that misunderstanding. | ||

I like your post is well written and all but I agree that people need more time to get to know you. I also had no idea who you were myself lol. Then again I havent been around much other then on the forums recently been really busy on a project (something awsome). I think you need more time but if you act that mature and cool about things and take care of your problems in a good manner like this I do not think it will be long before you get in. |
