Yeah. I'm breaking up the quote tree to answer Ultraman. Ultra, the website was experiencing some major performance issues. At that time, Krem had me hide the other games section so that you will not see the Diablo 2, WoW, or Battlefield 2 forums. This is to increase the website loading time. This was done in main part since this website is geared towards CSS. The reorganization also resulted in forum sections being combined under a few general sections, the avatars being limited to a certain size, all avatars over that size being deleted, and all threads that didn't absolutely need to be sticked being unstickied as they also affect website performance. Hope that clears things up.

Avatars had size restrictions already and now signatures have a restriction.
