Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.

People who are looking for a weight loss suppliment I have some bad news... it doesn't exist! all those shitty tv commercials are talking about losing water weight, which is meaningless cause it's the same thing as pissing a lot. Most suppliments are meant for gaining weight (in the muscles). Simply put there is no easy way to lose weight, you have to work to burn fat. | ||

I actually have a pretty extensive knowledge base for leg work-outs to improve speed, strength, and endurance. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I'm 6' 1" and 170lbs. You're going to laugh but I have 4% bodyfat. The main reason is because I'm an ectomorph and a cardio based athlete. |

I dont do anything specific aside from upping my weight. I dont know the exact exercises I do because I just do random things to just build up. I do like 6 random exercises, with a bunch of reps. right now im using 30 bells and 40 bells. havent gone outside to get the 40's, but the 30 were giving me problems a few weeks ago now I want to move up. Omega, post a good schedule for legs and arm building and ill try and stick to it(like Night's protein) to see how it works out. I dont really like using a set plan, which is why I dont have one, but if you post a few good ones, ill definitely try and use it. Im gonna have my cousin who started working out with that Animal Pak sponsor back in august give me a schedule for Arms and Legs, and maybe post it, but it will be in like a week. Ok, so heres my rough plan. Its pretty basic and I use it as a guide to what I feel like doing each day. I dont have reps or sets on there because it varies with what ever im trying to do, but right now its usually 5-6 reps and 3 sets. I dont follow that too strictly, if I miss a day or do somethign else ill shuffle something around, but I just really needed something to stop me from just drifting around working this and that without any plan. Omega, i'm an endomorph. i used to be a fatass like 2 years back but i switched up my diet and ate less, walked more. yeah, i was wondering what was realistic. i really don't know how to check my percentage for right now, any suggestions? heh. fuck the ab lounger. i've just been doing crunches every night for about 2 weeks now, and although i don't have a six pack i've got more abs than most kids my age. |

Hmm well at my gym we have a computer program hooked up to some calipers that can give you your BMI and Body fat %. Check your doctor or a local gym and they can probly tell you where you are at. If you want cock excersizes do kegels...fucking kids. | ||
