Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

I work out in random ways. To start I am a huge DDR freak. I can play heavy and most of the harder songs on it. I play on my machine at the store (a arcade machine) when I feel like it. I often am asked to lift heavy objects for random reasons. I wouldn't normally count that but it has become really frequent recently. I got a work out machine at my house and a few dumbells so I lift things from time to time. I also help out my Dad a lot he works construction and he builds anything and everything. So I am used to heavy things used for such jobs. (I could drive a bobcat at 5 years old) As for a planning there is none. I can never stick to working out it is to much a pain in the ass but I end up doing a lot of it so I do it when I have to. |

One more very important thing I forgot to mention in my post: Find a friend to go to the gym with. This is very useful cause you always have a spotter; and you know you are around the same abillity as him, so there is no need for the embarrasment of asking the friggin jacked guy curling 100# dumbels to spot your 90# bench press. Also it makes for a sort of subliminal competition to see who is stronger (but don't kill yourself trying to show off). Lastly, you might want to skip a day at the gym at some point (which will lead to you skipping tomorrow... then next week... then the rest of your membership), but your buddy calls up and he wants to go to the gym still, so gues what? you go to the gym anyway (and you call him sometime he doesn't want to go to the gym, so you both keep each other going). | ||

Yeah, I dont even know what its like to work out with someone similar to myself, all the guys are work out with are like 6' 200 pounds and bench 300+, good motivation : ) | ||

Ohh, I forgot to mention, today I started doing my rehab training for swimming, because I got a messed up shoulder at the moment, and in season, there isn't much time to let your muscles rest, when you swim 5-6 days a week. So I'm doing a lot of resistence training, and working my shoulders specifically 2-3 times a week. And they get a lot of rest, except I still have to do my tris, bis, back, and everything, which all revolve around shoulder workouts, so I can't lift all that heavy at the moment, and can't do any workout that involves lifting over my shoulders. | ||

Sure, I dont have specific weights or anything, but its a rough guide to what I do every week, and I include some legs. Mine is more orientated to upper body and avoids some great excersizes I just dont like, Ill add those in there before I post it. Im at work right now, so you will have to wait an hour or so. So you're looking to bulk up? Are you an ectomorph? as in do you find it hard to gain weight? If so im in the same boat, and I can probly help you out : ) | ||

ok, so the deal is i'm 5'7" and i weigh about 150-155. i have a fairly stocky build naturally, the classic triangle shape, and i'm working on slowly building MY GUNS! FUCK YEAH! but back on topic, the main thing i want to do is burn off body fat, drop down the percentage to about ... what's realistic? 5%? cause that's where i want to get to. i plan on doing a lot more swimming, and i run/bike a couple clicks almost daily right now. my main question is if there are any specific supplements that would help me burn off fat if i take them and continue to work out as much or more as i already do. by the way, i'm 16, yes i'm fucking short. |

I worked out for a few months a year ago before I said "I'll skip this day" then it ended up being "I'll skip these next 8 months"... I'm 5'11 and 150lbs and I rarely get to the gym (free membership from school's tuition). I do however have two sets of free weights at home that I fuck around with. I use the 35lb weight for curls and cool-down for decline bench, and I used the 45lb weights to do a decline bench. I do push-ups, sit-ups, lunges (with 35lb weight in each arm) and I usually like to do 4 sets of 10 reps for my weight lifting. 20 push-up sets and 20-25 situp sets. in the summer I biked everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE. I would bike to soccer games 5km away then play and bike back etc.. I had a fuckload of endurance during the summer (i may have lost it again). It's nothing special but it's enough to keep me toned. I can do more weight than I do but I just don't have the equipment. At the gym I could do 50 or 55 freeweight incline/decline bench (100-110 from freeweight) or 125-135 flat bench with the bar rather than freeweights. like I said, nothing special but it's enough (i need to do more back work) |
