Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

I also have enjoyed this post. Looking at this from a purely artistic view, it's simply amazing. Some will see it as "informative", others will see it is "disturbing", others still will see it as "touching"; however, I see it simply as art at it's finest. I've seen most of these pictures, but never so many of them at once. Thank you for posting this, it was enjoyable. |

Yah good call on the post. That monk is badass. I didn't neccesarily feel bad for any of these. I mean... it happens. This is the world we live in. I can empathize though. What my thought was, why weren't these cameramen affecting their surroundings? I mean... why didn't they pick that kid up and bring him to the food shelter... Who's to say they didn't? I guess their job though, is to cover the story in it's purest form. I dunno, i like stories but I don't like journalists... |

I thought same thing noskill... These cameramen have been doing this for a LONG time... They know that this instance is not the only one in which this is occuring. They might end up helping the person, but they know their efforts will help one out of a few million (in some cases)... The one that riled me up the most was the 9/11 picture -- Too many americans have already forgotten about what happened 6 years ago... Our country was attacked and people either burned to death, or waited out the rest of their lives until the buildings collapsed. Some of them jumped... I wish the media had put MORE people jumping, and more people suffering on 9/11... maybe americans wouldn't have forgotten by now the sound that those peoples skulls made on the pavement... maybe we'd remember what we've got to do about it.... There's not much we CAN do Nostie. Unless you join the Army and demand you be shipped to Afghanistan... The problem with Al Queda is the same problem with any decentralized organization. (check out the Apache Indians wars vs the Spaniards, same story) There is no figure head, there is no leader, there is no head quarters, there is no structure. There is just a myriad of people with the same beliefs. This isn't a force you can fight conventionally. It's why the war vs Saddam went alot quicker than the war vs terrorism. You can't physically fight a concept. Now brain washing. That's what we should be doing. Pouring tons of porn and leaflets of Britney Spears' cooch while getting out of a Mercedes over every hut in the Middle East. Follow that up with some Jesus pamphlets with him and Muhammad high fiving each other. Drop some good will packs full of Budweiser. Some literature on how to become an entreprenuer or start your own business. Throw some communism literature in there for variety. Then drop 4,000,000,000 marijuana cigarettes on them. Then some scientology crap to fuck with their heads. Eventually the Arabs won't know what to believe. That's when we can finally say "Welcome to our world! Enjoy your beer, weed, money and women." Yeah, its only the opposite of islamic ideology and the reason they hate us in the first place I lol @ the war on terrorism. Yay, lets have a war on anger, by killing angry people, and making more angry people. Fucking ingenious. It matters not that Al Queda doesnt have a regular army, or a centralized leadership, what matters is that as long as our western society continues to piss of middle eastern fanatics nothing will change. We could wipe every single "terrorist" and al queda member off the planet, they would simply be replaced by even angrier fanatics. The whole idea seems pretty retarded to me, but yay for the troops right?... | ||

Omega... the troops are poor brainwashed souls... that's why we should support THEM, not necessarily the war... or some shit like that. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?! It's a picture i found from the link of Rusty's picture. -[link]- 4 american contractors were hung up after they were burned? that's fucked up... Edited Wed Oct 17 2007, 03:54AM |
