ok, so there are 3 people in my dorm including myself. one of my roommates( we'll call him ryan) calls me in the begginging of the year and and says that he is going to buy a fridge and a microwave, and that it would make sense to split it three ways( roughly 120 each). So i give him the cash, however my other roommate( we'll call adam) decides that he shouldn't give any cash because hes not really going to use the fridge, so now ryan's asking me for the extra cash since its being split 2 ways ( extra 60). but, that wasn't the agreement also, ryans a very gay loser who sits in the dorm all day watching movies and is a cheap bum whos always trying to squeeze money outta people( he once charged someone for a drink after getting a box of soda for free), so if i payed him the cash i don think i could look at myself in the mirror. should i pay? |

Get one with a lock on it. So he cant use it. Sounds like you and your freind r gonna pay and the other kid isnt and will still prolly sue it. Fuck that fagget. Id kill him in his sleep. Pay the money, but castrate him if you find he is using it. If you find his soda or beer in it one day, grab it and poor it all over him while he sleeps. |

First rule about dorm life, if someone uses something that isn't their's, and you paid for it (or stole it), you have full authority to shame said person. Dont listen to these losers, ryan is a certain type of person only to be dealt with in a specific way. If $60 is a pain, dont pay it. In fact, get in Ryan's face and tell him of the beginning of the agreement and how it isnt elastic. Let him know you wont take his shit and if he wants to ban you from using the fridge because you wont cough up $60 then get your $120 back. Forcefully. But if he's bigger than you take a peaceful course haha.
