What's going on everyone??!! I just saw the thread from Wu that he made a few weeks back wondering where I was and figured I would stop in to the forums to both check in with you guys and let you know what's going on with me. Work is going well but has been really busy. I have been working at Homeland Security HQ down in DC for a few weeks now. It's busy and I have a lot of assessment work that needs to be done in accordance with established deadlines and am in the process of upgrading my clearance to a higher level that is needed for this contract which means an even more in-depth background investigation process. Not to mention that the government wanted me to get my CISSP (Look it up. It's an in-depth computer certification.) relatively quickly so I just finished class for that and have to study for the next 2-3 months before my testing date. So as NoSkill said, I work for the man. But he pays me very well so I don't mind it.  Yes, I got rid of my gaming rig. I gave it to Jigg so that he could use it for whatever he wanted. I really never played it the last few months so there was no point in it just collecting dust. Plus, my motherboard was starting to act up and I don't have the time or patience to figure out what was wrong with it. I still have my 360 but barely have time to get on that. I maybe can get an hour or two in every other week at night if there isn't a Happy Hour, late business meeting, or last minute assignment during the week. I'm waiting for GTA IV and Mercenaries 2 as I'll definitely have to find a little time for those games. I didn't buy a Mac.  I wanted to get the new MacBook Air but I am using that money to go to Cancun with my girlfriend this summer for 8 days or so. I chose the beach and crystal clear waters over a Mac laptop. It's all good since I still have my work laptop but it's against company policy to have AIM or xfire on the laptops so that's why I'm never on xfire and barely on AIM. I occasionally log into AIM through gmail (<3 Google) so if you want to grab me, look for those moments.I've been dating a beautiful woman from Jersey for the past few months so I am usually in Jersey every weekend at her place or she is down here in DC with me. Having a relationship, especially a 3 and a half hour long distance relationship, keeps me really busy. Busy enough where I'm not even playing baseball this season because I'm strapped for time. Not to mention that my stepdad was just diagnosed with lung cancer. Sucks. Guy has never smoked a cigarette in his life but is a victim because his dad smoked like a chimney around him while he was growing up making him a victim of second hand smoke. So, my girlfriend and I usually try to stop in to see him and my Mom for a little bit over the weekends that I'm back in Jersey and help out with whatever they need. He finds out what treatment he'll be starting next week to fight the cancer. So, don't smoke to any of you turds that do.Anyway, I basically I work all week, come home at night and pass out since I have to be in DC early, and then leave for Jersey every weekend. And somewhere in there, I find time to study for my CISSP exam and once that is done, I will be studying for my GMAT and getting ready to go back for my MBA. Yeah, you can say I'm busy.  Hope that answers all of you who were wondering where I've been. Miss and  all of you guys!!P.S. - Glitch, I just responded back to you on MySpace. Sorry for the delay bud.

Wow dude, just wow. that's really incredible. From going from that company before to working with the gov now and moving up as fast as you are, its really incredible. And a girl! fricken sweet! You seem really busy but at the same time really happy, and thats really what counts. Its not one thing to get paid alot, but you need some spare time to spend those moneys Sounds like you're doing good man, thats awesome. Hope all stays well.
