My unfathomable boredom, coupled with crippling insomnia and a desire to use a lot of big vocabulary words led to the creation of this thread. In it, I hope to reminisce on some of the hundreds of thousands of great moments I've had in the Fish Tank Community. I've met many thrilling people here, and have had the opportunity to use my eFriends to escape from all the harsh realities that encompass my life. I'd like to thank you all for the fun. Wow, this kinda sounds like a resignation thread. Remind me to keep this paragraph saved on my hard-drive so that if I feel like resigning in a couple of years I have a good bang to go out with. Sorry for the digression; this thread's purpose is to allow people to post a few memories, quotations, experiences, or laughs that each member has had over their respective periods of involvement in Fish Tank. One of my personal favorite threads that I've seen so far on these forums came from Pracket. I feel bad cause I trash talked him (a lot) because I was pissed at him for leaving, and until I happened upon this old thread I forgot that I actually loved hanging with him. Just look at all the great quotes that came from this thread. It was "Full of win". -[link]- Another "Great Moment in Fishtank History" (Hereafter referred to as GMFH), was a fun experience I had as a CT... Said experience marks one of three good experiences as a CT on Office. We (the CT's) were tired of losing. We faced failure at every corner of the map, and we decided we were going to be more destructive to ourselves than the Terrorists could be to us. We performed countless stunts: Bunny-Hop rushing Long Hall, Circle of Nades in Garage, Para rushing Snowman, and my personal favorite...The "Pulled Pin Flashbang Rush". I am glad I'm not the only one who put long amounts of time into writing a Fish Tank related rap song. But mine was indeed the best (followed closely by Glitch). -[link]- And I'll end with a few of my favorite quotations I've read in the forums, and sadly I'm not egotistical enough to post my own quotes, which are extensively better written and funnier than any of these. Buddha, speaking of the Supreme Throne of Jalugi (Vote the Scope/B4ndito ticket in '08!): Buddha wrote ... I'm tired of gay jokes. I vote for you scope. I loved it when me and Skittles took shots with our scouts in long. We'd both shoot the same guys and only one of us would get the kills. I also remember the countless times that Piggy TKs me whenever I'm playing with him on the T side... He finds newer and newer ways to kill me, I tell ya... | ||
