I'm with you on this Madvillian, I have a tendency to take things to the heart, maybe not blow them to far out of proportion but sometimes I do. I have and will get fucked more then once in my life and I always have a bad tendency to have a small bit of distrust with certain kinds of people. But I wouldn't change it. I'm at and even point so its not bad lol. I'm weird, I get shy sometimes, but other times I'll say whatever is on my mind worry free.... I'm starting to break free of it, but the one thing I absolutely HATE, is that I sometimes worry about what others think so I act differently or hold myself back. I know this is going to sound stupid, but I have a pink bandana and I folded it up and tied it into a wrist band kinda deal.And I like it hahaa, no, I'm not gay and wear it because of that. I don't know. It's just, kinda making a statement.Breaking away from the norm. Just being able to wear what I want and not really care what people think. Thats what I would change, Tho I do work on it. |

Confidence... confidence. How did I gain my confidence? I think it was when I realized that I couldn't change other people no matter how hard I tried. Which was a two way street, while I can't change people. People can't change me either. So rather than struggle with changing and shit I for the first time in my life, excepted myself for who I was. Which... mentally is a really big step. Just excepting yourself. Once you love yourself, confidence... is natural. That and I took some martial arts HIIIIII YAAAAAA!!!!!!! *dragon kick* |

lol u cant wear a pink bandana and be upset when people assume ur gay. lol just don't wear it to a party or sumthin like that. But on the otherhand i see guys were pink all the time...so fuck it. | ||

and Noskills right. i mean i had a different epiphany though. I kinda got my confidence from 2 things: when i realized i can't live my life double guessing everything i said/did to please everyone. And the second is when my life got so much better after i stopped caring. Most likely, if ur afraid that someone won't like you then there probably douche's anyway. i mean, u guys here definitely act yourselves here on the internet( if you ur shy here then u need professional help) and every here doesn't have a problem with anyone else. Thats most likely the way itll be in life. | ||

Zero ur problems seem deep-rooted. you're gonna have to do some soul searching. lol im lazy As fuck to. The only time i get anything done is when i think about the consequences of not getting that thing done, and how much my life would be easier if i just GOT UP NOW lol. Id suggest try that -lol i have too approaches with laziness actually. the top one was the first but that doesn't work so well when it comes to schoolwork. When it comes to doing a paper like that the only thing that makes me do it is not thinking about it. I am at my laziness when i think about all the crap i gotta do, when it would be better to jus get up, man up, not think about it, and just do it. With practice it makes things easier and easier 2 do. in retro spec this method is better... Edited Fri Mar 28 2008, 02:05PM |
