Seriously, give me a fucking right click goddamnit. On another note, No, they dont have ctr alt del or task manager, they have the swirly rainbow circle of fail that sits there going "HAH! YOU INVINCIBLE MAC HAS CRASHED AND YOU CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT DRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" I want to be able to fuck my OS into submission when it fucks up, not sit there staring at it. | ||

BTW there is a right click. just dont use the gay mouse included. normally you hold the option key and click to rightclik. I just use the mightymouse, apples 2 button awesome mouse |

I dont like Mac only because i like to build my own computer. And since my computer is 1500$ and still rapes even a 4000$ mac im quite happy with my Purchase. Id like to see a mac with Intel E6600 @ 3.5ghz 4GB DDR2 Crucial Ballistix800mhz @ 950mhz Nvidia 8800 GTS 320 320GB Movies drive 80GB Games drive 160GB boot drive When there is a mac that can beat my PC for the amount i paid for it then ill switch to mac until then. PC FTW. |

Our Macbooks in school crash all the time, exactly what I was talking about in another thread. They crash, alot. If they fail and have the "spinning beach volleyball of death", you have to restart because there is nothing else to do. Wireless capabilities SUCK buts. and there is a right click... you just have to go into System Preferences > Mouse > then it gives you a diagram of your mouse and options, and you just go to where you would normally right click, and switch the option from Primary to Secondary. I did this, but didnt use right click so I dont know if it worked. Macs are honestly really awesome computers. You can get alot done if you only do one thing at once, and you can work really fast. However, Macs have when more downfalls then good things. They are expensive as hell, they are a monopolizing company that is getting worse then windows, if you buy one thing, they want you to get everything else of theres, its not compatible with anything, and did I explain they are expensive as shit? Yes, they are easy to use, and yes, doing something isnt that hard after you get used to it for a while. But its the same way with a PC... you just need to practice it a little. PC wins. I use both everyday, and I am COMPLETELY dissappointed with any mac I've ever used. (except for the newest Imac I think, where it's just the tower inside of the monitor? omg sex... I ran every program at once and it didnt crash, and leopard on that screen just looks amazing. And i'm the only one that gets to use it  )

Never had a mac but. Why I like macs: More reliable. You can drop a macbook on the ground and it won't break as easy or crash the hard drive. The reason is because it has drop detection. When it senses an elevation drop it locks the hard drive and all moving parts. (Solid state fixes this shit). The only other laptops with this nice little aspect is Lenovo IBM (going out of business I think?). Second: The operating system is nice it works well. Also programing, graphics design/movie editing is alot easier on macs. Downside: Customization = Not much. Tho if you have a intel Processor you can install Mac osx on your computer. keep that in mind. (did it with a dell  )No good games. They are expensive as hell. I don't think you could get An Amd 4x4 fx-74s 8gb ram @ 800mhz 8800 GTX and 2 hardrives for under $1600 like my comp (though that 8 core looks tastey . what would you do with it? nothing no programs) |
