i hate how ppl think weed is no big deal. It impairs your driving... dont give me bullshit, it does. It makes you dumber over time. Technical info would be saying it makes it much harder to retrieve information from memory, and it makes it much harder to memorize stuff. Legalizing it would only make the government tax it, therefore "watering" it down, adding more chemicals to it, and so on and so forth. Legalizing it would only cause more kids and adults to try it. Some ppl dont try it as they are afraid of getting it, or getting caught. Its a gateway drug no matter how you look at it. By more ppl smoking it, it would undoubtly cause more ppl to try "other things." Legalizing it would cause more pot dealers to go out of business. Because all they know how to do is sell illegal things, they will move onto other drugs such as cocaine, ecstasy, acid, heroine, etc. This will increase the amount of harsher and more dangerous drugs in more neighborhoods. Im sorry, but any possible positives do not, and i repeat do not outweigh the amount of negatives. Dont give me earth's medicine. If your sick then your sick. Yea it may help ppl relax when they are stressed, but it also causes them to be lazy and to not deal with reality. Some ppl will get hooked on it. Life is stressing 24/7.
