Well, i made a thread a lil while back asking some of you for advice on a bike. I wanted to spend around $350. Well i decided that im going to use this a lot more then i originally intended, so i might as well get something a lil better. Back in 1998, i received my first hardcore bike. My father bought a 1999 model from this bike shop about 1/2 mile away from my house. Turns out, the place is still there, and is now twice the size. Back then, he bought me a Diamondback. I dont remember the model, but it was sick. I went back to that store today, and i saw some outrageous bikes. I came in my pants. But one bike stood out to me. I heard it calling my name. As i sat on it, another customer came into the store and immediately looked at me and said, "Yo bro, thats a phat bike. My buddy bought one last week and it rocks!" I took that as a sign. Then i noticed the letters on the side of it, "DB." It didnt hit me at first... but then i realized its a Diamondback! I knew it was destiny. Sticker price = $550. Perfect. Its a 2008 Diamondback Recoil. -[link]- I like it. So what it doesnt cost $73,274 like you canadians like to spend. It gets the job done, it looks cool, i can ride it around my neighborhood, get back into shape, and when i move upstate, i can ride it off-road and shit. What you guys think? |

I want a bike... but I won't be doing alot of wood trails. Mostly asphault, long rides, hills, but I don't want the faggy skinny tires... What bike do i get? |

I'm going to get a new bike. I just want a bmx style bike with a light frame, mine is too heavy. I can't do tricks or anything, I just think they look cool. Suggestions? (200-300$ range) |
