This number has called me four times in the past two days. They have also called my sister's phone twice, and my mothers twice. I have no idea who it is. The two times i have picked up i was told "your car warranty has expired" or "you have won a free satellite tv package". It was obviously a recorded message, and at the end they said press 1 to talk to someone and 3 to remove yourself from the list. I pressed 3 both times. 5 minutes ago they called again. I googled the number and got this site: -[link]- Apparantly im not the only one getting called by these douchebags. They say if you call the number back the operator says the phone has been disconnected. Sure enough, it has been. Has anyone else been called by this number? And if you do get called (the caller id often comes up as Denver as well), press one and shit on their faces. |

I know what this is. I've done research on it, as I know a LOT of people who have gotten shat on by this. If you pick up when they call, they WILL call back again. They will also probably call you from various different numbers after you do so. Story is probably fake, but I know one about them. Don't pck up to shit on their faces by pressing 1. There are a number of different #s they are calling from, my story is for a different one. This is one of the other numbers they will call from if you pick up from the other one, etc etc. Lesson is; don't pick up your phone if you don't know who it is, they'll leave a message (these guys don't) Edited Tue Jul 22 2008, 10:14PM |

I've gotten calls from these people before. Just ignore it. I, as a rule, don't answer 8** numbers on my phone. Other out of area code numbers, I pass on those if I don't know who it is. | ||

Get a private # and put your # on that Do Not Call database and get an answering machine. Those 3 things will weed out 99.9% of the BS calls you get. |
