Wow. Wu thank you so much for posting this. It is pretty inspirational and i have only red half of it. I stopped at part 3 and decided it was time to go to bed. I will definitely finish it up tomorrow morning. I really feel lucky. You all should read this article. I know you all could use it. |

It's a sad story. Period. I'm doing the same thing as glas though, I have school in 4 hours and I'm still up. Wu... I'll find something to say. ------ So this morning I woke up and found time to read the rest, fucking bitch of a mom. I tripped over a box at wal-mart.. YOUR POINT? Oh gawd guies i trippeded. This story is so heartbreaking. To be honest I wouldn't mind going on to read more about here, I'd like status updates on Dani's life. How's she's doing in school and all of that. Wow, we just got done studying cases of "Wild Children" in Sociology and this makes the headlines. You guys should read more about that "Genie" girl that they mention in the article, or watch the movie "Secrets of a Wild Child". It's very sad that this girl's whole life is FUCKED because of her parents. |

I'm literally getting too upset knowing that this girl is almost 9 years old and can't function because of what environment she had been in. the only thing that really, REALLY disgusts me is, when the officer has Dani on his shoulder, and he's taking her out of the house, the mother says 'Don't take my baby!!' as if she really cares... I don't understand how you can show no care towards the child, til you lose it... I just don't get it. |

I give props to her brother william. as much as it is great for two adults to take in a child, that really is in need of a loving family, I think the strongest person, other than Dani, is her new brother. How a 10 year old only child can say "She needs them more than I do" is truly a great act of love and care. This world is a crazy place, luckily there are still some good people in it. |

wow i always know i have it better then at least 80% of the world, some ppl dont even have crappy disgusting houses like they did, oh and some ppl dont even get to expierience life yeah her mom might of did f'kd up stuff but im not gonna hate on her since i have no information what so ever, maybe someone f'kd her up?
