as far as i know 7900 aint dx 10 fully. they do suport some dx 10 but not all of it | ||

ok guys i whent to the store and i bought ADM ATHLON64 DUAL CORE 3800+ 2.00GHZ (189.00$) PCIE GEFORCE 7900 GTX 512M (569.00$) ASUS M2N-SLI DELUXE NF570 PCIE (195.00$) CORSAIR 800MHZ DDR2 NO-ECC 1024 TWINX C4(149.00$) all that for a grand total(+tax) 1 255.73$  oh and the dx 10 works at 100% with the card.

juno. you should of gotten the 7950 gx2 its TWO 7900 FOR THE PRICE OF 500. THEY ARE CONNECTED USING A SPECIAL SLI CONENCTOR!!! man... also acourding to numerous sources no card supports dx10 as of yet. Edited Mon Aug 14 2006, 02:22AM |

in canada this one cost 700$$$$ 700x2= 1400, my mom would of killed me lol and i ask the guy in the shop if it will work with dx10 he said YES, guess its the key word

uhh it will work with dx 10, lol dx 8 cards will work with it (its backward compatible, like asking if a ps game will work with a ps2, it doesnt mean tis a ps2 game) the 7950 gx2 isnt like buying 2 cards, its one card with two processors on it. its cheaper than buying 2 cards basicallys its about 100 more than buying 1 card. which is a great deal!!! |
