Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.

Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.

Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

 I went through my other build (here: -[link]- and realized two things:

1. $870 was out of my realistic price range
2. The cheaper it is, the earlier i can get it

So for the last couple days ive been reading reviews, getting input, and shoveling (so i can pay for the fucker), and have narrowed it down to these parts. I currently have about $240, and im working tomorrow, and will get a check of between $50-60 (depending on how long i work) which will put me at the halfway mark. So im getting close.


I have copyed the format from the last thread, cause it took me fucking forever to organize it like that

How does it look? Does everything look compatible? Im especially worried about the PSU. Does it have all the right connectors? I know nothing about PSU's.

This is NOT a gaming pc. It's a transitional PC that will replace my 5 year old dell and allow me to multitask like a mother fucker.

 you made your graphics carder weirder... it used to say 512MB with 256-bit, i would highly suggest the one with the 256-bit or at least another brand with the same thing, if want to spend less money? i mean i think the 256-bit is the important part.

Emerican if you're going to get a 9600 equivalent, just get the 8800. It's more powerful than a 9600.

 im getting a laptop in a year and a half when i graduate. and since my current desktop is becoming more and more of a liability every day i need to replace it until i do get the laptop.

Since it is not a gaming PC i have no objections.


Know this though... The PSU is bare minimum for your system. It will work fine, but you cant upgrade anything in the future without having to replace it.
