At least I'm 99% sure it is... Every once in a while when I'm using a memory intensive program (or I have seventeen windows open in chrome) I get blue screen and it tells me LOL WE DUMPED YOUR MEMORY YOU SUCK. How do I fix? (I know it's hard to diagnose from that short of a statement, but give me some suggestions plox) Edit: Completely forgot about Windows 7's crazy cool resource monitor. I'm going to see if I can lolcrash my system by using memory intensive shit.

ok, when you turn your computer on think of it like being in track at highschool. The electricity traveling through your ram switching switches is like the hurdles event. Every hurdle it jumps over is a sector on the ram and the length of the track is the cas latency (e.g. 5-5-5-13, 5 would be cas). The speed your fat little nostie runs at is the mhz. The shorter the track, the slower you run (don't know why we cant have 8-8-8-24 latency on high mhz sticks). sometimes one of the special "team managers" hobbles onto the track because he dropped his water bottle and your runner trips over him and drops the baton. sometimes the janitor set the hurdles up 2 screws to high so he could sit in the skybox and jack off to his own creation as highschool kids nutshot their cocks either way its your fucking fault for putting a retard on the team or hiring a creepy janitor. buy a computer thats not complete shit. |

what's your ram specs? have you oc'ed it? what is the max spped your mobo can handle your ram at? |

Have you lubricated your Hard Drive recently? Once a year, you are supposed to dunk your motherboard in a tub of water and run it to get all the dust out of the contacts. Any connectors that are not in use should be snapped off, since they are just wasting electricity (I saved 100$ on my bill just by doing this alone). The RAM DIMMS also need to be cleaned and lubricated on a regular basis. The best thing to use is Arctic Silver. Just cram as much of it as you can into the DIMM using a butter knife, shove that RAM back in there (there may be some overflow, but that's ok) and all your blue screens should go away.
