i've had an asshole full of problems with my asus G51J. I've had every single part replaced besides the keyboard, screen, and memory. last time I sent it in was because everytime I logged in it would freeze 5 seconds after. It ran fine in safe mode though. Would not recommend asus | ||

cmd -> run as admin -> sfc /scannow post any logs if you get "found errors, but could not repair" (located in windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log) |

i've only had a few problems but I love this thing. only problem is i'm always scared to bring it anywhere since its so big and i rely on it so much | ||

Try blowing into the vents. Worked for my N64 cartridges. | ||

They disabled their sound blaster enhancements and updated their sound drivers. Which makes no sense, considering it wouldn't even load in the first place let alone make sound. But for whatever reason, it worked |
