Narf you got a G15 too?! Sweet. I definitly approve of this keyboard.  The backlit keys are awesome! Each key is perfectly illuminated. It has 18 programmable 'G' keys on the side, each having 3 functions, that eaquals 54 more keys to input spam messages, binds, buy macros etc. You can even make macros in-game! Press the Memory key, select the G key (G1 through G18), type the message/macro, press memory again to save it,,, done! It also has a switch that, when activated, doesn't engage the Windows key if accidentally pressed. It has 2 usb ports in the front and you can adjust the backlight via a button. (3 styles, off, low light, and bright) But a sweetass feature definitly has to be teh LCD screen. The LCD screen displays info such as, CPU usage, RAM usage, Time/Date, Volume control, media control >> ever play CS with music running in the background? You see the name of the song on the LCD screen! There is even a pretty big modding community for this keyboard. It came with a software development kit, and some people have integrated FPS and Latency/Ping readings to show on the LCD,,, I've been meaning to DL that shit for a while but I'm too lazy. In my opinion, when it somes to keyboards, this one is the ultimate shiney thing that every Best Buy addict must have. I got mine last Christmas, it was a total surprise because I didn't even know what it was. (It was only released here in Canada a few weeks prior) So when I unwrapped it I was like, 'uhhh wtf,, sweeet, thanx sis' not really knowing the uberness that was in store for me. But now, some 10 months later, I still get amped typing and playing on it. If you're like me adn you play in complete darkness, then this keyboard is teh shiznit! Here's a link... [Werd!]     |

How much does that thing cost? I need a backlit keyboard... there's times when I'll be spamming all kinds of random radio commands like "Hold this position." 4 times in a row when i want to say "Need backup." LoL fuckin sucks... I'm always droppin stuff on my keyboard tho... chips, beer, etc... hope it's durable. |

I FUCKING HATE THE LOGITECH KEYBOARD. WHY would YOU need to know all that shit while playing a game?? you got a hud, and you dont need to know ram adn cpu usage while in game... get the razer keyboard is SOOOOO MUCH BETTER they actually thought about how to make a real gaming keyboard instead of just some hype about a lcd on it. |

To be able to remap AND customise the characters on the keys would be pretty sweet too. -[link]- [/quote1161342091] thats a lcd keyboard, as in keys are lcd's which is nice the logitech just has a gimick by having a lcd screen which displays useless info, when your playing css you shouldnt be looking at your keyboard anyway the lcd keyboard(where keys are programable is nice) because i can cahnge to russian, and also program the f1-f12 keys to do stuff. any keyboard that has a "gaming lcd screen built into it" is crap, just because it does nothing to help a gamer, the otherfeatures of the logitech keyboard are good, and perhaps the one w/o a lcd is worth a shot, but dont get a g15 because it has a screen. think of it, your playing css do you really need to know cpu usage?, do you care about cpu usage? realyl no point, for a GAMING standpoint mulimedia use it seems nice though. |

gOD, don't knock it because your jealous that you don't have one. I think that its awesome and that's my opinion of it. Think of it as a Navigation system in a new car. How often do you look at a screen while driving? It displays info as well. This keyboard is still relatively new but the games that it supports allows tou to see stuff like health, remaining bullets, radar, and other stuff. The thing is, they are still working to integrate other games into the screen. This is why it came with a Software Development Kit. The modding community has put out hundreds of applets to utilize the LCD in many ways. Here's a SMALL taste of what the LCD is capable of, and whats currently out there...      |
