| Help changing my refresh rate | ||

I bought a brand new computer in June of this year, and since picking up CS again, Flashbangs own my face. They last 2-3 times as long as on my laptop, and really account for probably something like 1/4 of my deaths not to mention I assume Flash's last as long on others as they do on me, which gets me killed alot too haha. My screen goes bright white and I get the flashbang noise effect, and it all lasts a solid 4 seconds, followed by my screen being kinda like hazey for a couple seconds while everything comes back into focus. A couple people told me it may have something to do with my refresh rate, but I couldnt find an option to adjust that - but i may be looking in the wrong spot. I can post any settings you need to help. Thanks! | ||

refresh rates = problem with the monitor crt monitor im guessing? |
