Ok guys, I just pieced out a crazy desktop for only 2k. Only thing left is a Power Supply. Heres wat I've got so far: Case: -[link]- HD: -[link]- Monitor: -[link]- Vid Card: -[link]- I will be adding one more of those vid cards to make SLI love. RAM: -[link]- doubling RAM at a later point as well Mobo: -[link]- Processor: -[link]- I am planning on overclocking the processor. OK given all of that stuff, what kind of power am I going to need??? <3 Nate P.S. If you know of ne problems with any of the above listed things, or no ne thing better let a brother kno |

yer gonna need something beefy. at least 600W to be safe. i have a 700W PSU that is very efficient, but it's a little pricey. power efficiency is very important when considering PSUs...unless you aren't paying the power bill. here is my PSU: -[link]- i got a 40 dollar rebate when i bought it so it was a much better deal. it's also nice because you can use only the cables you need, anything extra can be unplugged from the PSU, reducing clutter inside the case. |

only 150gig on that hd for 230 bux? my 500 gig hd from WD i got at walmart for 150. that vid card looks like a fucking beast. smooth on a 57 inch tv? thats fucking nuts. |

that's not just any 150Gb HDD, that's a raptor. runs at 10000 RPM instead of 7200. i have the 72Gb version and i love it. i'm always the first one done loading any maps. | ||

Holy shit Nate!! I agree with Jigg that you are going to need a beefy power supply and the one he provided is pretty bad ass. F'in 2K for all that shit. Wow!!! Good job Nate. LOLs!!! I'm still going to knife you in game. Ha ha hahaa h ahh. Unless Drunk is there. Then he'll knife me first.
