hey as you may have noticed from my other post ive been looking for a new processor. Im am using an EVGA nForce 4 SLI x 16 motherboard so its socket 939. Ive been looking at the AMD 64 x2 4800+ 2.4 GHz and the 4400+ 2.2 GHz. Both very nice but id really like the 4800+. I know since they just introduced the AM2 all of the socket 939 have stopped production. If anyone can find a either the 4400+ or the 4800+ under $300 with some kind of warrenty and fan ill love you for ever. |

check this link for the fan...its only 70 mm but it should work -[link]- and here for the 4400+ -[link]- total the two are under $200 =) or here is the 4800+ but the fan above doesnt work with it -[link]- Edited Sun Mar 18 2007, 01:22AM |
