yea sure i'm retarded amish....if you weren't so busy being a childish fool then you would realize that i'm not retarded. and if i am actually retarded then please, elaborate and show your "elaborate computer knowledge" so as to point out what exactly i said that is incorrect. what you are saying is that it is not booting the second hard drive...if i remember correctly then booting a device involves loading the OS and the boot device is what must be initialized prior to the OS loading....well he already has an OS loaded up and running and you only use one boot device at a time. The only time you would want to change boot devices is if you had multiple OS's on multiple hard drives or partitions. As to what omni said, using safe mode requires it to believe primary i believe and the user pass to that account doesnt matter because there is a hidden admin account that should show once booted in safe mode |

This might be because this is a task only accessible by the Admin. Onthis new computer, are you the admin to it? Or are you just a user. Access is denied is either the HD is screwed, or there is something blocking it from being open. If all else fails, try to boot on the other PC. | ||
