Well, I'm thinking of buying a computer. I don't have alot of money.. I want a cheap computer that can run css on medium settings. I don't need a crazy ass video card, either. I guess under 600$$ (Cdn) THE CHEAPER THE BETTER! Any ideas? I'll be only mostly playing css on this, only. Hard drive: 80gb Disk drive: A 16x dvd burner/drive Video card: Nothing special.. Sparkle GeForce 7300 GT possibly? Mother Board: Asus A8S-X SiS Socket 939 ATX Motherboard and an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.20GHz OEM Processor Ram: 1gb Power: 430w (ish) Cooling: No fucking idea Case: Anything cheap, but not to hard on the eye. Nowadays you can get computers under that price range that can run CSS higher then medium. Not as graphically demanding as it once was. There are some computers at Best Buy (If you have one near you) that run a basic 1.86 ghz duel core processor that come with a GeForce 6150. Not a bad card to start off with until you save up some money, so I suggest going to your nearest Best Buy and seeing what they have. Best Buy is the shit. | ||

They don't come with a geforce 6150 card, its integrated into the motherboard. All pc's (aka HP's) that have AMD dual cores at a best buy or other electronic store, is going to have geforce graphics on their tag, because that's whats built into the mobo's. Intel media accelerator graphics are basically just as good as the geforce 6150 se's are. Best buy isn't the shit though, it blows.

I agree with night rider on this one best buy is the shit. I mean honestly the only reason people don't like it cause the god damn geek squad invaded it. Everyone hates geek squad so.... | ||
