What you should do is find a heap of shit and build it as a practice computer. It's what I've done and now I know how to build one. It's not too hard really, you've got your case, motherboard, hard drive, graphics card, sound card, processor, and a few fans. Not to mention ethernet card and RAM. It's not as hard as it sounds really, everything is kind of self explanatory. The hardest part is finding out where wires go where. Usually, if you buy a new motherboard they have a little booklet to tell you where the wires go and what wires are what. Do you have the parts to build a new computer? A good idea for you to do is take the cover off your current pc and look at the way things are set up inside of it and then build it as close of a resemblence to the other one as you can. It depends on what the case is when you're building a computer because sometimes the set up can be different. Building a computer is something a 12 year old can pull off easily, so you really don't need to get a guide dude Good luck! |

Ram is self explanatory push it in the slot and close the pins down Processor you just put the two triangles together and close the slot then add the thermal paste and put the cpu fan on top pop the motherboard in and screw it into the mobo stands Put all your drives in Put the PSU in Put all the PCI cards in (vid card ethernet sound all that) Then just connect all the wires. Molex cables are simple, HDD Cables are simple. The hardest part is the case to motherboard cables which are all explained in your motherboards installation guide and fairly easy. Add your fans and close the case up and pray it all works Its easier then most think it is... |
