This has happened before and it has fixed it self but not after a couple of days. it seems sometimes when i log on to my steam it goes to the uploading window without steam actually opening up. then when it gets to 28% or around there it shuts down and says steam is already running. (which it isn't.) last time it happened kremit told me to delete something from my steam folder but i forgot what it was and now he isn't around to help me again. yes i have tried restarting the computer. and yes i did alt clear delete ans steam is not running. any ideas? |
