Why not have place where people can post their reason for being gone, if people have no good reason, then the termination should be considered a valid action. If they DO have a good reason, such as leaving for the army, they should be exempt from termination. However, if they are gone for too long, over a year or more depending on how long they expect to be gone, they will no longer be exempt from termination. In which case they should and will be terminated. | ||

We used to have a section. But I believe there is a time period for which members who have been terminated can be let back in, or something like that. Why is this in open proposals btw? | ||
