I mean im Catholic and all, so i guess i believe in the the whole Heaven and Hell thing buh it jus seems so unlikely and so i ono jus kinda off somehow. personally, eventhough I am no where near indian i wouldnt mind being reincarnated after death simply because the idea of leaving the world permanently scares the crap outta me. so, yea... | ||

really depends. i definitely dont believe in the thought of hell, but I believe in heaven in the fact that most souls go to a place of complete peace. they do not interact with the living world, and there is no true destination, they can be wherever, but they are peaceful with no cares. but that also ties into if you believe that only a certain ammount of souls live on the earth and once you die your "soul" loses its personality and everything that makes you, you with that soul, and that soul finds another body to inhabit, over and over again. like for instance if you go to some Tarots, they tell you who you have been in past times. like my Aunt was previously a monk, a drunken worthless sailor, etc. bullshit like that. Also, I dont believe in hell because I believe that when the bible was created the idea of hell was put there as a threat to mankind. I mean they already had heaven, the place you go after worshipping god, so they had to have a place for NOT worshipping god. Heaven came first, so they put it there as an idea to not scare people, but to find the word of god. therefor I dont believe in hell. even further then that. some souls finish life at the wrong time. like I believe in fate, and everything happens for a reason. BUT, with some souls I think they are taken from one of their bodies either too soon, or too late, to the point where they are turned into a ghost that lives a cursed cycle either tormenting an area, or a certain person(some would call these ghosts, phantoms, specters, etc) |

When he said energy he was kindof right. Energy is raw and if you put it in place of what you are talking about, it could be your life's energy. like, I believe our soul is LIKE a life energy. and like what you said, once we die that energy gets stripped down to a bare nothing, and is captured from a new life, a new born. so its like a cycle of rebirths. you could say that as the population goes up, there wouldnt be enough life energies to pass on to new borns, but the correlation between Deaths and New borns isnt necessarily direct, but new borns wouldnt be that much faster then deaths. because like you said, there is a giant pool of souls, and once you die its transferred there, and it waits there until it is supposed to find another body to inhabit | ||

Well I believe in Karma now. Last week in the morning I said "I've never gotten a speeding ticket before". That night I am driving home from soccer, bang, speeding ticket. Tonight, before my soccer game "I have never received a yellow card before" 35 mins later, bang, yellow card. I believe that if I make fun of poor people with diseases then when I die I will be reincarnated as a poor person with diseases. So what I propose: make fun of the rich ugly people with tons of chicks cause when you reincarnate you'll be a fuckin hugh hefner! And Omega - If you've watched Final Fantasy the Spirits within or something then it gives something like what Zero is saying. I believe they call it "gaia" or something.
