Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

Supplements are for people who don't want to wait for results longer. Obviously, products like creatine aren't really what you should use considering I'm not too cavalier about having water for muscles. Drinking 8 bottles of water a day doesn't sound something that's going to fit my shitty budget either. I'll say that Whey Protein, vegetarian's diet, and working past my body's limit is all I need to get in shape. Oh, and I need to quit smoking too. |

Just add fish to your diet. And you might want to eat some meat. Otherwise you're missing out on alot of fatty acids, B12 and some other good stuff the body could use. Are you trying to lose weight? Gain muscle? Eat better/be healthier? What's your goals? |

I was just tired of having small muscles, and I wanted the ability to do more, like flexibility. I liked the ideology of the P90x workout because they manifest yoga into your workouts at the same time utilizing every muscle in your body. I also have some love handles growing so I wanna get rid of those, too. I have an ab lounger and all but it doesn't do enough. I would like to be healthier in the notion to quit smoking. I have a feeling if I do this for 90 days it could be used as something in place rather than smoking cigarettes. I tried quitting but every time I do, I just start smoking even worse. I went from 10 a day down to 1 then I quit for about a weekend, now I'm up to 15 a day. I don't have the money for it, and I don't feel like having tar for lungs. |

take up brazillian jujitsu. It will give you cardio, strength and flexibility, all while being able to choke bitches out and break bones and joints.

Well here's the thing Knight, of those three goals, muscle, lose wieght and get in shape. Gaining muscle is by far and away the hardest. Like seriously difficult. Especially if you want to keep it. I know a guy man, he goes to the gym every single day, his food/supplement bill is over $800 a month. He has been since the 6 years that I've known him... he's always been in good shape but he can't gain muscle. Like at all... his metabolism won't allow it. And then about 2 years ago he got really sick, like had the flu for 2 weeks... he lost everything... he went back to the way he looked when he left high school 15 years earlier lol... all of that money and hard work for nothing... his body just doesn't respond. So if you're trying to gain muscle go ahead, sign up for some sort of program, whatever it may be, P90X is fine. But stick with it for the rest of your life. Because as soon as you stop, within a week, you'll lose everything you've gained. |

Well. I'm 3 weeks into lifting and I've already got a pretty decent amount of muscle gain. Probably does have to deal with the amount of protein I intake though, and the amount of lifting I do. I lift for about an hour and a half to two hours, way more than I'm supposed to. I'm tired for about 2-3 days before I go at it again. It's worked well so I see really no complaints.

Hmm, usually when I work out, I will be there for the min of 3 hours, and go 4 to 5 times a week. I don't lift to bulk, since I did that last year, and gained about 15 pounds, 10-12 being muscle. So now, with all that bulk I've been toning it at the gym, doing endurance lifting. AKA I'll lift 15lbs for everything pretty much, and do 25-30 reps, for 6-10 sets. It gets you tired, it hurts, and is way harder than any power lifting I've done. And my strength is way beyond what I was with all my bulk. But I also train MMA 5 days a week, or swim 6 days a week, depending on if I'm home or at school. The best way to get in shape is to really have fun doing it, and MMA is maybe the most fun I've ever had, and the hardest sport I've ever taken part in. Coming from a life long swimmer. |
