I just came out of jail for having qp on me, i was in there for 2 weeks .... not fun. Got trial on july 7 right after my bday and probably going to be sentenced for a year. So yea just an update. PEACE. |

It's just a term for quarter pound and I'm hopin' it was just weed. And then I laff because I can't figure how they'd give you a year unless you had intent to sell or it isn't your first offense. | ||

They can charge you with intent to sell if you have an ounce or more, or if you have a substantial quantity bagged out. So unless you've bagged out your weed into 1/5 of grams, you can't get charged with intent to sell for having a gram. And Ruskiy, I find it hard to believe that you'd get one year for intent to sell on a qp, unless you have prior offenses, or it was a qp of blow. |

I got out of jail for an 5k bail. And yea i had a previous offense. I got fuckin got pulled over for not making a complete stop at 3 oclock in the fucking morning.... he called up 5 sheriffs and they ended up searching my car and i got arrested. But idk my lawyer is saying I might just get a huge fine, shit load communtity service hours and like 4 years of drug school. We will see. And jail is not that bad. Food is pretty good, everybody is mad chill. So yea COME ON OBAMA LEGALIZE THE FUCKING WEED. | ||
