Hey guys so whether or not you know I'm like a super jet fighter junkie. To the point where I tried to join the Air Force on two separate occassions with the intent of becoming a pilot or career officer if that didn't work out. Well, due to my legal troubles, I'm not considered Air Force material. Well fuck them cause I'd be good at blowing stuff up... their loss. Anyway, I've been on this flying game kick for about a week now and am looking for a good, new, current, realistic figher pilot game. BF2 was like the closest game I've played to one I would consider "Very good". It's short comings revolved largely around all the other crap to do and how flying definitely wasn't the focus of the game. Basically does anyone know of any good MMO, fighter pilot game? Preferably something with an extensive player vs player system (huge dog fights, attack & defend missions, etc.) and a decent single player campaign? I've been googling but haven't seen anything that was either recent (post 2007) or that seemed impartial. Halp please? |

There's H.A.W.X. by Tom Clancy which I thought was extremely fun. There is a game out there called Planetside which is an MMORPGFPS. One of the videos -[link]- It's an extremely fun game, you can be a pilot of a tank or aircraft. You'd have the check it. |

All I did in BF2 when I owned it was go to empty servers and fly that shit around. It was spectacular. I don't know of any other flight games though | ||

Yeah there arn't many good dog fight games. When they try to make one it usually turns out terribly. Bf2 nailed it on the head though. | ||
