you could buy a relatively decent Jetta, or like. Fix it up with $2000, and you'd have a sick car for under $8000 that wouldn't be AS fast as a RX-8 or whatever, but it would beat the hell out of the money, and you don't need to go much faster than 130, lol. I'd rather have a quick car than a fast car. | ||

Get a vdub. My little sister just got an 09 gti....im not even gonna lie that car is fun to drive and u get like 50 hp of just chipping it. | ||

Ruskiy, that did cross my mind. I kno that car is fun to drive. I wouldnt get a jetta cuz my g/f has one and i refuse to drive around in the same car as her...lol. The new one is nice and she leases it for no money down and $299 a month... but still wouldnt get it cuz she has it. I was also thinkin bout the mazdaspeed 3, but the older model cuz i hate the new one. The Genesis Coupe 2.0T has more or less the same engine as the evo, cept with a few stronger internals. That engine, factory, can hold up to 17psi of boost and up to 500hp. Its actually impressive. So im thinkin bout that and chipping it too, but, when i sat in it at the international auto show i wasnt too impressed... Saturday is car shopping day. |

Get a GTI cand chip it. Stg 1 chip will pull mazdaspeed3s, rx8s, gay35s and etc....basicly everything except srt4s. And ur gf is gettin ripped off..my parents leased 09 gti 2k down fully loaded and pay 299. Im telling you get a gti and u wouldnt regret it. | ||

My older bro just bought a used jetta GLI for 8k. Its actually pretty quick stock. His friend has a GTI which is nice as hell and tops at like 137 stock. I know you dont want a jetta, but you should look into the GTIs. | ||
