That's bullshit. WIldcard can they do they? Don't you have to actuallly BE Driving to get a Dui... or Operating something to get an Oui... Drunk that's not right... even if he was arrested no charges can stick to that. Godamnit that pisses me off, if I pull over to sleep because I'm too drunk to drive and I get arrested I swear to god I'll kill everyone. |

I am not sure if he had keys in ignition or just in a cup holder, but like he didn't drive at all i don't think. I think he just slept outside the bar. It is total BS and like another is this that i heard is BS, some guy robs someone's house and in the process of robbing them, they fell on a knife. They sewed the people for him falling on the knife and he WAS FUCKING ROBBING THE HOUSE AND NOT INVITED INTO THE HOUSE. | ||
