Wait wait,, I thought that Tzahal meant 'Josh' in Hebrew which also meant 'Jesus'??! Now I'm confused. And pre-WWII, Israel was known as 'Palestine'.  I got a Palestinian friend and whenever he gets lippy, I always ask him to point out his country on a map,,, good times.

Tzva Haganah L'yisrael The first letters of each word Tzadee for the "Tz" sound. Tza. Hay for the "Ha" sound. Tzaha Lammed for the "L" sound. Tzahal. enough?
