Okay I'm still a little fuzzy.... When you say the shooter was "Asian" you mean Chinese right? We call "Indians" (Muslims,Hindus,....) Asians... so what do you call Muslims and such...? |

The kid was from South Korea they said, not chinese. And even if our gun control was upped by a lot, this kid would STILL have gotten away with it. just think about it, if you want something to happen REALLY bad, you are gonna do everything in your power to get it, right? Well, lets look at it, if we lengthened the gun holding period after you buy it, from 3 days to say... 3 months? fuck it, make it 6 months before you can actually own the fire arm after you payed for it, he would have still gotten this done. I mean, the kids at Columbine waited probably like 2 years to finally go through with their plan, and they had automatic rifles. Even if they didnt have to wait the 3 day holding period, they still had plans to do it, and STILL had gone through with it On the other end of the subject, I do think the tests to receive firearms should be intensified. I live in a place where guns, hunting, and just killing anything that moves is welcomed. and I HATE that. A 78 year old man died last year from some fucked up Junky who was like a parasite to this guy, so the junky bought a gun, 2 days later when he got it first thing he does is kill the old guy just to steal all of the stuff in the house. Old man cared for him, junky took advantage of it, and got arrested the 3rd day after receiving the rifle, cause hes psychotic Even my dad had to wait 4 days to receive his like, 11th pistol, and he was so aggravated about it, and its just like, wtf? why get so mad, you will get it, calm down, you dont NEED another gun... Cops have to take a psychological test before they finally become a cop. I think people need to take a psychological test before they get to get a gun Then again... even if they wanted to kill a bunch of people, a psychopath would probably just steal a random gun from a house in the suburbs or something... idk.. fucked up. I dont think security or gun control should be upped... because sometimes there are leaks in the system, that are so unexplainable and horrific that it sucks to do nothing, but doing too much is sometimes not the right thing... |
