if you know someone done with the game you can get a charmander lol. We forced one of my friends to breed out all his old ones because he got one freaky dido lol. (dido can breed with anything and his will have a new egg before you can walk from the daycare to the poke center). also what is ev? |

EV is Effort Values. Certain pokemon have certain EV values. For instance, a pokemon that has moves like Hyper Beam, Hydro Pump, ect. any moves that aren't physical would have more EV in Special Attack. They're awarded based on the Pokemon and it's evolution stage. A pokemon that uses physical moves would give more EV for attack and so fourth. If you do not understand it I have a link to the site that explains it a lot better then I do. It tells you pokemon that help with that but it doesn't give enough. Here is the link: -[link]- I might even buy Leaf Green and Ruby or Saphire just to get pokemon I don't have. I train dragons and some don't have high special attacks. The reason I was asking is because I have a Gyarados and his special attack sucks, but he can learn moves like Fire Blast, Thunder, ect. He's useful because he only has one weakness. That's why I was asking. |

A water type already is going to suck with fire and thunder type moves. Gyarados also is weak a ton against electric, but remember that rock will own him too, ice may be a weakness as well. |

Did they change gyarados' type in the new game? he used to be water/flying. rock should own him then if he is flying still. |

Yeah if someone does, and they ever get the wireless working, could you trade me some master balls  I want to catch all the harder pokemon easily just to have them. I just beat the Elite 4 today and the champion, with Pokemon that were at most 17 levels lower then what they had. That tells you that I made a pretty strong build.Gyarados, Garchomp, Diagla, Staraptor, Empoleon, Luxray. Beat it. |

I did that just a while ago in LeafGreen with my strongest guy being lvl 48. (lowest Elite 4 is 51 i think) Dodrio, Alakazam, Victreebel, Charizard, Lapras, Primeape. lol we are so gay |
