Wild card is teh anti-cop now lol teaching little n00blings like Drunk how to drive like an idiot and get away with it. I think his sage advice should be limited to those over the age of 13 : / LIDAR poons you, and dont bother arguing if it was far away, they work from a looong way off. Wild, what would happen if a girl spent the night at my house, and their parents claimed we had sex, me being over 18 and her being under 18, what proof do they need? what would happen? I don't teach anyone things like that. I just pass along my experience when I'm asked in the hope that people don't make mistakes or can make a better, more informed decision.  To your questions. It depends on the age difference. Remember that I can only speak about Virginia law since that is my experience. I don't know a lot about California law. Carnal knowledge is from 13-15 so anyone having sex with someone in those age ranges usually gets owned hard. There are exceptions blah blah blah but I'm not going into that shit here. 16-18 is usually understood in the law that they are going to be sexually active/interested. If I remember correctly, there is a 3 year age difference allowed by law that in the eyes of the law is fine for the most part. If the parents are making some outrageous claim then here is the process. They will call the cops. Officer will go take the initial report from the parents. Then they will kick the parents out of the room and talk to the girl. If she says nothing happened then you are good to go. If she says something did happen then he goes further into the story, notifies his supervisor, who may call out a sex crimes detective. If the detective feels necessary, he can take the girl to the hospital for an exam where they can determine if there is any tears in the tissue, whether they are new or old, and if there is seminal fluid present. Then they interview you. Long, drawn out process normally resulting in this. My experience with these cases is that the parents pressured the daughter to say that something happened or the daughter felt pressured to say something happened. I go through all that investigation and 90-95% of the time the story changes when we re-interview her a few days later. Sometimes I get lucky and the daughter tells me the parents pressured her to tell the story so I charge both parents with tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice. Yeah, I'm a dick. Deal with it.

lol alright, she is 17 and her parents happen to not like me very much, which is annoying considering the parents always love me, but w/e crazy controlling Germans : ) Sounds like I have nothing to worry about, cheers Wild. Nother questions, is it true that you dont have to roll down your window for a cop if its anything other then a traffic stop? I seem to remember hearing that the rules are different if they approach you under a different circumstance then pulling you over. <3 cop knowledge | ||
