Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

When I wake up in the morning I usually do squats with a live beluga on my back and i do around 200 of those (underwater). Then during lunch after I down my supplements and protein shake I compete in hurdles and discus at the same time only I hurdle over fire and I throw engorged weasels. Then to conclude my day I jog around South America looking for mountians to climb up without any gear EDIT: Dude Rusty I really wanna see your pecs Edited Mon Oct 08 2007, 11:11PM |

When it comes to lifting I'm not much of a free weights person. I'm your grandaddy's kind of lifter. Push-ups, crunches, pull-ups, handstand push-ups, gainer 180...wtf. That reminds me I am a free runner. Youtube that shit, I can pretty much mimic anything you see there. I'm a professional at getting stitches and fracturing important bones. Highest place I've jumped off of is 2 storys without a roll. I have 32 inch vert(pure), my best long jump is 24', and my fastest 100m dash is 10.8s. That's right I'm a ninja. I don't take any supplements because I never really mass up. I burn too many calories doing cardio to do strength training. |

Me, I don't work out. Not yet that is, I have football everyday after school which is my workout. After the season is done, my coach wants me benching 300lbs by next year. Right now? I don't know what I can bench. |

Back in high school I started working out on a regular basis (two - three times a week), and biked just about everywhere cause I never had a car. I wasn't really serious about it, I just sorta did it to stay in shape and try to impress this girl I knew. After that I went to college and got lazy, didn't even touch a benchpress for 6 months at a time, but I got fed up with that and decided to do something about my shape. I got a road bike and personnaly I love it cause it's so easy to go over 20 mph, and my hometown has a lot of scenic bike routes. However I did decide to get serious about going to the gym (about the same time my hours on CSS dropped off) so I got a membership to the YMCA and started conditioning myself to start lifting weights again. One thing you have to keep in mind is the first two weeks of any training program is absolute hell. Your body will hate you for beating it up every day and you WILL be sore; but if you can stick with it, you'll notice you'll start feeling better the next day and you'll be able to do more sets. But still I was only able to make it to the gym 3 times a week cause you have to allow your muscles time to recover, otherwise you gain nothing. Then my roomate introduced me to this stuff called NO-Explode (a nitric oxide suppliment, not a steroid) right before summer vacation. Let me tell you, training without and training with NO-Explode is incomparable. The feeling you get 15 minutes after taking the stuff can only be described as the urge to kick babies while throwing heavy rocks over your head and swimming upstream white water rapids. I went to the gym and could suddenly bench press 20 more pounds than I could usually do; when I finished a set, I moved on to another muscle group and by the time I was done I felt I had completely recovered from my first set. I could stay at the gym for an hour and a half now instead of the 30 minutes I was doing before; and the best part of it all was I was NOT sore at all the next day! So now I could go to the gym every day, and I did! My schedule was Benchpress on Monday, Back on Tuesday, Arms Wednesday, Abs Thursday, Benchpress again Friday, a day off, Then I did whatever I felt needed work on Sunday (I don't do any legs training because I still ride my bike on top of all this). This schedule was awesome cause I never worked the same muscles two days in a row, so I had a chance to recover. Over the summer I went from a pathetic bench press weight of 90 lbs to my own body weight 155 lbs (that's 65 lbs in under 3 months!) It's nice because I'm at the point where I can pick and choose the muscles I want to grow, and within a week or two they look just the way I want them. The Bottom Line: if you're trying to get into working out, start out easy and set simple goals for yourself ahead of time (nohting too hard or long term like "I'm gonna bench press 200 by the end of the year," because then you'll just get frustrated that you aren't getting those results and give up altogether). And realize that the first one or two weeks are just for conditioning yourself and you will be sore as hell the next day; but after that hurdle, you can start adding weight and will start to feel better and more confident about yourself. If you feel like you could still use some improvement after that, then you can start looking at suppliments like NO-Explode, but I don't suggest you try a suppliment until you are at least a little gym savvy. Working out is addictive, healthy, and makes you look hot to the womenz. |

Haha I thought I might start a trend. As for me, I work at a gym, so I spend close to....35 hours a week in a gym lol, between working and working out. I havnt been working out long but i gain pretty fast. As for some stats, 5'11 155 pounds, bench 200x3 or sets of 185X5, I work out 5-7 days a week. If anyone wants my schedule and excersize list I can post it. Umm as for other measurements, I fucked up my knee so im pretty much just upper body 20-30 pull-ups (Dunno, havnt done them in awhile) 80+ consecutive pushups (Fucked up my elbow sparring, so I have to go easy) Bench-Already said Curl-40ish As for keeping in shape, other then lifting I do MMA (mixed martial arts) I stopped doing it for awhile but im getting back into it, sparring and doing bag work. Anyone else who does it will tell you its THE most intensive work out. Bar none. And you thought boxing was hard : ) My sparring partner is 6'2 200 pounds and benches 305, so Im used to fighting bigger guys. As for suppliments ive tried a few. No-Explode was already mentioned, Ive been on that for awhile and am just now cycling back on. Its pretty awesome, and ive had no problems with it. Other then that, I just got some free Animals packs, we shall see how that goes. Ive also tried Syntha-6 Protein (yummy) CellMass (meh) and Serious Mass right now because im trying to pack on 20 pounds. That stuff is fucking insane, 1600 calories per serving : P Anywhoose, if any one has any fitness or lifting questions I can help you out, or I can ask a trainer here if I dont know. Ill admit im no expert but ive picked up alot and I can find out what ever you need. |
