Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.

Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.

 I have the best exercise ever, and it's fun. It works your legs, abs, tris, bis, sometimes chest and neck. And if you're good, a great cardio/weight lose program.

It's called sex. I swear, if you have sex everyday, a lot, you'd be in amazing shape!

Now I'm back to being lazy, but I'm still in decent shape. I play football on weekends and perform drunken stunts on weekends.

Eg. this past Saturday I was bet $20 to run up and down the hood/roof of 4 cars in a row including an SUV. Of course I was shit faced and ate it on the last one but I still got paid.

Actually we evened the bet since I bet this really fat kid that he couldn't do a cartwheel... the motherfucker did one.

 Other then the swimming and running the navy seal workout is a piece of cake. What they actually do is much more brutal. Two sets of 8 pull ups? Oh the humanity...

 ummmm...... Welll i play football so i lift everyday, then got to go to practice and run about 850 yards......approximately



i bench 250 lbs
i squat 190 lbs
i power clean about 200

 Shouldnt your squat be higher? Thats a good bench, depending on your size. Im no squat master (I dont even do them) but I thought football players did loads...

 lol ya i cant really squat lol i got hit in the lower back really hard so when every i bend over or squat it really hurts otherwise it would be higher

i weigh about 230 lbs (mostly muscle :] ) im about 5' 10"
